Shipping policy
We ship worldwide. What you pay depends on your destination and order value, and checkout works it out for you automatically.
Within the Netherlands, shipping is free from € 25. Below that it is € 3.95. Order before 22:00 and it is usually with you the next business day.

EU zone 1: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
EU zone 2: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden and Norway.
If your country is not listed it falls under rest of the world. Checkout always shows the exact amount.
Processing and tracking
Orders usually leave within one business day. Once your parcel is on its way you receive a track and trace code by e-mail. Allow up to 24 hours before it shows anything; until then the carrier does not yet know it has the parcel.
Delivery times are an estimate, not a promise. Around holidays and busy periods they stretch.
Outside the EU
Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. Those are payable by the recipient and are separate from what you pay us. Your local customs office can tell you what to expect.
Business orders
Free shipping, discount codes and promotions apply to consumers. Business orders have their own rates and terms. Get in touch and we will sort it out.
