How we collect our reviews

Every review on this site comes from a real customer.

• Product reviews are collected through Judge.me. After your order you automatically receive an e-mail invitation to review the product. If that e-mail address has an order with us, the review gets the “verified buyer” label.
• The store rating of 9.6 comes from WebwinkelKeur, an independent party: they collect and manage those reviews, not us.

We do not edit reviews and we do not remove them because we dislike them. We only take a review down if it contains profanity, personal data or things that have nothing to do with the product.
